One person can make a difference!

it was John F Kennedy who once said:

“One person can make a difference and every person should try.”

We can make this world a better place! Simple actions can make a difference!
We must create the change that we like to see in this world!

important improvements can begin with ONE PERSON!

It always starts with one person who has courage and who demonstrates with their life lived what change looks like. These people give courage to others. Mahatma Gandhi was such a person. Martin Luther King Jr. was such a person. Jesus of Nazareth was such a person. Albert Einstein was such a person. I am sure that you may be such a person also.

if you are truly passionate about your mission you CAN MAKE a difference.

Yes, One Person Can Make a Difference. Remind yourself of this with this poster, populated with the names of so many people who did make a difference in their lives. From Martin Luther King to Clara Barton to Gandhi to Thomas Paine to Elizabeth Blackwell to Ida Tarbell, let their names inspire you to remember their stories, to inspire you to action. You can make a difference too.

I believe the result would be a better world for everyone and everything.

Why match2blue will be the future?

Do you want to know why Match2blue will be the future of mobile social networking?

Katrin Verclas the founder of http://mobileactive.org/
MobileActive.org is a community of people and organizations using mobile phones for social impact.

Data from Informa indicates that by 2010 half of the planet's population will have access to the Internet through a mobile device. Should you make your website mobile? We have heard recently from a number of organizations contemplating whether they should build a mobile site. Following is an overview of some points to consider and resources to draw on as you consider a mobile web presence.

A bit of background: There are now 4 billion mobiles phone subscribers around the world, according to the ITU, far outpacing Internet users worldwide. GSMA, the industry group for telecom companies, reports that more than 80% of the World population is currently covered by a GSM network.

This means that mobiles have become the most ubiquitous communication device in human history. It also means that a majority of the world's population will access the web via their mobile phones. And this means that organizations around the world need to think about what this means for their users, audience, and websites.

I think that matching is what it is all about how do you reach new fellow activists?

The Future of Mobile Social Networks

match2blue - the truly mobile social network
match2blue enables you to meet new friends and find old ones anywhere, anytime. It takes location-and interest-based mobile social networking to the next level.

match2blue allows you to connect to new people. You can do so via a variety of new options after you've completed and uploaded a short profile containing your interests and a list of communities you belong to.

Now you can search for people who have identical or similar interests to yours. If you belong to a particular community, check to see who the other members in your vicinity are; if you want to join a certain community, just look up its members and get involved. match2blue already features communities that have more than 10 million members combined. Right now, you can connect to university alumni, environmental groups, lifestyle communities and political movements, and the list is growing!

Facebook BIG BROTHER IS WATCHING YOU!

When i visit Facebook right now this is what i see
Warning! Your account could be disabled.
why?
Because i have thanked the people who have added me as a friend with a message on their wall!

You are blocked from making wall posts due to continued overuse of this feature

Your failure to comply with an earlier warning has resulted in this block.

Please note that this block is temporary and can last anywhere from a few hours to a few days. Facebook cannot lift this block for any reason. Please be patient and refrain from using this feature for a few days.

Continued misuse of Facebook's features may result in your account being permanently disabled.

Warning! Your account could be disabled. For sending thank you messages to friends????

What kind of social network is this?

I have seen realy bad cases of CENSORSHIP IN CARE2!
I have even compared the Care2 team with the GESTAPO for the way they have deleted posts.... NO FREEDOM OF SPEECH in Care2! And no freedom to write thank you messages in Facebook...

Care2 versus Facebook?

I have been one of the most active members in Care2 last year and have been suspended a few times. Somehow social networks dont see to understand that people who invest lots of time and create very much traffic make the social networks....

If i look how much time i have invested in Care2 because i believed that it is THE place to make a difference with 10.000.000 members... and if i see that my wildlifefoundation action group had 630 members after one year and 70.000 messages
300 news stories that made it to the C2NN frontpage and hundreds of shares....
CARE2 is just a waste of time! If you realy want to make a difference forget Care2!

I have never liked My Space and Facebook but now that i know how effective Facebook is i must say that i am realy afraid to get my account deleted with 1250 friends that would be gone and many groups and causes that i have started! I have more than 6000 members for the wildlifefoundation actiongroup whales! In 8 weeks!

Thats why i say Facebook is the best place to make a difference on the web!

I am looking forward to the truly mobile social network! match2blue.com
